I looked up Thomas Edison and found this sentence which was attributed to him but actually the credit should go to Kate Sanborn back in 1890: “Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration.” This ethos resonates with my belief in the power of persistent effort and continuous learning. The Edison Awards are not just about celebrating success; they are about encouraging a culture of relentless improvement and constant innovation.
