My career has followed a clear thread: building real systems that work in the real world.

Since the early 1990s, I’ve worked on operational technologies across healthcare, smart mobility, and digital platforms, long before these fields became mainstream.

I’ve since founded or co-founded 26 startups, held executive roles in multinational technology companies, and led IPOs and M&A programs across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Today, I focus on artificial intelligence — not as a promise, but as a system that must be governed, trusted, and aligned with human and organizational realities.
